Kinecta Joins the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions Credit Union Displacement Fund Ukraine Campaign and Commits up to $50,000

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., April 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Kinecta Federal Credit Union joins the World Foundation for Credit Unions, the fundraising and engagement arm of the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), as part of its Ukraine displacement of credit unions. Kinecta is committed to supporting those affected by the current crisis and is asking members and non-members to donate at any of its locations or online at by April 18, 2022. For every $1 given, Kinecta will match $2 to Ukrainian relief efforts until $50,000.

The Global Credit Union Foundation will primarily direct its support to approved non-governmental organizations that provide emergency humanitarian assistance in Ukraine and in neighboring European countries hosting Ukrainian refugees. Other funds raised will be donated to mitigate short-term and long-term impacts on Ukraine credit union system and those who look to it for support, including employees and members.
